Privacy & advertising
This site is a collection of static pages. We don't ask you to sign in, and we don't collect names, emails, or accounts. Your instrument and transpose choices stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere.
Analytics
We measure traffic so we can tell which songs are actually being used. Two tools run on these pages:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts page views without setting cookies and without following you to other sites.
- Google Analytics 4 — sets first-party cookies in your
browser (
_gaand_ga_<id>) and sends Google your page views, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and referrer information.
We read this only in aggregate — which pages get visited, and how people arrive. You can block it with any tracker-blocking browser extension, by blocking cookies for this site, or with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Advertising
Pages may show advertising from third-party ad networks to support the site. Ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on your visits here and to other sites. This is standard for ad-supported websites.
You can control or opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings and through the ad-industry controls at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.
